Donation Refunds

• All donations made online or via direct bank transfer are final.
• In case of duplicate transaction deductions or technical payment errors, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Supporters can submit a formal email request for refund review within 15 days of the payment timestamp alongside transaction proofs.
